How can I contact Technobake?

What shipping options are available?

Technobake only ships to the United States. However, if you are in North or South America and are interested in purchasing, please contact us and have a readily available UPS or FEDEX account for shipping.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

We strive to ship all in stock products the same day as the order. Since Technobake is centrally located — St. Louis, MO, your orders can be delivered to you as soon as 1 to 4 days, depending on your location. Please contact us for specific delivery times.

I didn't receive my order.

In these rare instances we will have to file a claim with whatever carrier we shipped with. Please contact us if you receive shipping confirmation and your order doesn't arrive. 

Where can I find a coupon code or promotional code?

Promotional codes are occasionally distributed to our newsletter subscribers and trade show attendees. Please subscribe to our newsletter to keep up-to-date with all of our promotions and sales.

Can I return my purchase?

You may return most unused items within 15 days of ship date for replacement (must be in original condition, no exceptions), exchange, or refund. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.  Certain items may not be returnable. Please contact customer service in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning your item. We will not accept any returns without RMA.

Any order that is placed and subsequently cancelled, amended, or returned is subject to a 5% processing fee.

How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

You should receive a confirmation email once we have received your payment.  If you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.  If you have not received an email and have successfully submitted payment for your order, please call us at 1-866-856-2979, Mon – Fri, 8am-5pm CT, to confirm your order and to confirm that we have your correct email address.

I entered the wrong shipping address for my order. How can I change it?

We ship items as quickly as possible, so please call us immediately to correct your shipping address. We can be reached at 1-636-278-1799.

I need to cancel my order.  Who do I call?

We ship items as quickly as possible, so please call us immediately to cancel your order.  We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped. We can be reached at 1-636-278-1799.
