General Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for any unused item for replacement, exchange, or full refund (minus freight and handling charges) within 15 days of the ship date. Items should be returned in the original product packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 20%. (For the return of a defective product or a return resulting from our error, see “Order Error or Defective Product.”)
Return Material Authorization
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (866) 856-2979 Mon – Fri, 8am-5pm CT to obtain return authorization.
No returns will be accepted if the original tags are not attached. For Clement apparel, please try garments and shoes before removing tags. Garments that have been washed cannot be returned.
Clearance or Customized Items
Clearance or customized items (such as logos or embroidery work) are not returnable.
Order Error or Defective Product
For the return of a defective product or a return resulting from our error, TechnoBake will pay the return shipping costs. The customer must receive confirmation and return authorization prior to returning the item. Please contact customer service at email@example.com or call (866) 856-2979 Mon – Fri, 8am-5pm CT to obtain return authorization.
Upon receiving the returned item, TechnoBake will credit the customer in the same manner as the original payment within 7 days of receipt.
