What payment methods do you accept?
TechnoBake accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover Card, and Paypal. Our store processes payments securely through Paypal Checkout. Customers do not need a Paypal account to check out. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us prior to ordering. Once payment is received and processed, your order will then be shipped right away.
I don’t have a Paypal account. Where do I enter my credit card information directly?
On checkout, you will be directed to Paypal.com. On that page, directly below the Paypal account login, click the link “Don’t have a Paypal account?”. On clicking, the payment form will expand, allowing you to enter your payment information and select your method of payment (Credit Card or Debit). It’s as simple as that.

What shipping options are available?
TechnoBake ships all orders through UPS or motor freight. Please contact us or see Shipping Rates and Policies for the most current information.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
We strive to ship all in stock products the same day as the order. Since TechnoBake is centrally located–just next to the St. Louis Arch, your orders can be delivered to you as soon as 1 to 4 days, depending on your location. Customized products or special orders may take up to an additional 2 weeks to ship. Please contact us for specific delivery times.
Where can I find a coupon code or promotional code?
Promotional Codes are occasionally distributed to our newsletter subscribers and trade show attendees. Please subscribe to our newsletter to keep up-to-date with all of our promotions and sales.
Can I return my purchase?
You may return most unopened items within 15 days of ship date for replacement, exchange, or full refund (minus freight and handling charges). Certain items may not be returnable. Please see our Return Policy for details. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning your item.
How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
You should receive a confirmation email once we have received your payment. If you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email and have successfully submitted payment for your order, please call us at 1-866-856-2979, Mon – Fri, 8am-5pm CT, to confirm your order and to confirm that we have your correct email address.
